Bureau V Architecture has designed the new home for the contemporary art gallery JTT. Relocated from its Lower East Side home to Tribeca, JTT's new space opened its doors in May 2022 at 390 Broadway. The opening exhibitions included Sin by Anna-Sophie Berger and Mischief by Sam McKinniss.

JTT's artists have included Anna-Sophie Berger, Elaine Cameron-Weir, Doreen Garner, Charles Harlan, James Yaya Hough, Becky Kolsrud, Sam Mckinniss, Marlon Mullen, Borna Sammak, Diane Simpson, Sable Elyse Smith, Bill Walton, Issy Wood, and Damon Zucconi.
